Common questions

Why are there no prices on this page?

Because scope drives price. A single location with one core service needs a different setup than a practice group with seven locations. In the intro call we work out the scope, and after that you get a fixed quote with no fine print.

What does agent-operated mean?

AI agents handle the daily work inside the system: checking bids, answering reviews, preparing content, writing reports. Everything is built, monitored, and owned by a human. What you notice most is speed.

Do you take over the media budget?

No. Your ad budget runs directly through your own Google and Meta accounts. We charge no markup or commission on it, and you keep full control of the accounts at all times.

How fast will we be visible?

The first campaigns are usually live after two to four weeks, depending on approvals and technical access. We work in short, intensive cycles rather than quarterly plans.

What are you even allowed to advertise in healthcare?

A lot, but not everything. Germany’s medical advertising law (HWG) prohibits promises of cures, before-and-after imagery, and advertising with certain drug names, among other things. We know these limits and build campaigns from day one so they hold up.

Do you work outside healthcare?

Our focus is healthcare in the DACH region. We take on adjacent projects selectively, e-commerce in the health space for example, when our system makes a real difference there.
